MODEL 150:
– The MODEL 150 model was designed as a cold press for the extraction of olive oil with no need of addition of water during pulp processing. The extracting system is based on the use of nylon discs and
the separation of must by decanting allow for a higher quality oil and an excellent yield. The oil produced in this matter maintains the original characteristics of the olive and the olives used are healthy, harvested early enough and pressed immediately
the oil will retain its rich flavor and will be high in polyphenols allowing it to preserve its freshness for a longer period of time.

– No construction work is needed for the installation of the press. The system consists of 4 parts: mill, press, decanter and leaf remover.
– MILL: Charging Hopper with screw feeder. Centrifugal hammer press. 2 processing tanks in line with 300 KG capacity make it possible to run the machine without interruption. Water heating with electrical resistance. Automatic extractor with rpm variator. Adjustable batcher.
All parts in machine in contact with the product are in stainless steel - INOX AISI 304.

Equiped with 2 tanks hinged to the frame complete with nylon discs diameter 55 and discs. All parts in machine in contact with product in stainless steel Inox AISI 304.

– DECANTER: Designed for the purpose of natural separation of oil from plant water due to gravitation.

– LEAF REMOVER: Zinc-plated cage removes leaves and eventual small stones. Upon request, the leaf remover can be equiped with a closed-circuit washer.
