MODEL 250-400-600:
– The MODEL 250-400-600 model was designed as a cold press for the extraction of olive oil with no need of addition of water during pulp processing. The extracting system is based on the use of nylon discs and
the separation of must by decanting allow for a higher quality oil and an excellent yield. The oil produced in this matter maintains the original characteristics of the olive and the olives used are healthy, harvested early enough and pressed immediately
the oil will retain its rich flavor and will be high in polyphenols allowing it to preserve its freshness for a longer period of time.

– No construction work is needed for the installation of the press. The system consists of 4 parts: mill, press, decanter and leaf remover.
– MILL: Collecting basin with screw elevator. Hammer mill with rotating grill. Batching screw with motor variator. 2 processing tanks in line with 600 KG capacity make it possible to run the machine without interruption. Water heating with electrical resistance or hook-up to outside source. Automatic extractor with motor variator. Adjustable batcher.
All parts in machine in contact with the product are in stainless steel - INOX AISI 304.

Mounted on wheels and supplied with leveling base. Equiped with 2 removeable tanks complete with nylon disc holders, nylon discs, discs and 1 carriage. All parts in machine in contact with product in stainless steel Inox AISI 304.
