COMPACT MODEL 80:
– The COMPACT 80 model is a cold pressing system for the extraction of olive oil with no need of addition of water during pulp processing. The extracting system is based on the use of nylon matts or stainless steel matts.
The separation of must by decanting allow for a higher quality oil and an excellent yield. The oil produced in this matter maintains the original characteristics of the olive and if harvested early, in healthy condition and pressed immediately
the oil will retain its rich flavor and will be high in polyphenols allowing it to preserve its freshness for a longer period of time.
– Hourly production capacity: 60 to 65 KG.
– Power requirement:3 KW.
– No construction work is needed for the installation of the COMPACT 80. The system consists of 3 parts: mill, press and decanter.
– MILL: All parts of unit in contact with product are stainless steel AISI 304. Hopper complete with screw feeder. Centrifugal hammer mill crusher with direct unloading. Discharge mixer and automatic batcher for spreading olive paste on nylon or stainless steel matts.
MILL TECHNICAL FEATURES:
1) Motors: 3.5 Horse Power either single phase or three-phase.
– HYDRAULIC PRESS: Rectified chromed piston operating upwards. Micro-contact pressure gauge with automatic pressure control. Adjustable from 0 to 400 ATM. Mounted on wheels. Press basin and disc tray carriers in stainless steel Inox AISI 304.
HYDRAULIC PRESS TECHNICAL FEATURES:
1) Motors: 1.5 Horse Power either single phase or three-phase, 1 piston diameter 140mm.
2) Size: height 200/220 cm - width 164 cm - depth 123 cm.
3) Loading capacity: 80 KG approx.
4) Production working time: approx. 50 minutes.
5) Equipment: Nylon Matts 45 cm diameter or stainless steel matts AISI 304 diameter 40.
– DECANTER: Allows to separate naturally extracted oil from plant water by force of gravity.
DECANTER TECHNICAL FEATURES:
1) Made of stainless steel Inox AISI 304.
2) Size: height 25 cm - width 90 cm - depth 60 cm.
3) Loading capacity: 60 KG - Capacity: 140 Lt.
