                        1.  Rig will be reworked with hoses and electrical wiring replaced, where required

                        2.  All gauges and controls will be repaired and replaced where required.

                        3.  Brakes, lights, signals and all items on truck will be placed in good operating condition.

                        4.  Engines and compressor will be gone through and repaired where required.

                        5.  All equipment will be placed in good operating condition, including mast lifting

                                     cylinders, leveling jacks, top head, hammer oiler and water injection pump.

C)  RIG - COSTMETICALLY

                        Rig and all equipment will be sandblasted, primed and painted to customer’s colors.

                        Any broken glass will be replaced.  Seat will be reupholstered.

INGERSOLL RAND T4  (Ref#6205)  Year 2000 - REBUILD YOUR OLD T4 AS FOLLOWS:

Rebuild the Detroit 12V71N to a 12V71T (Turbo)  Option:  Cummins KTA 19C, 525 hp motor installed

Install new 900/350 Sullair or IR compressor with all new valves, hoses and controls

Replace the Detroit 6V53 with a LT10 Cummins and Jake brake, or 350 big cam Cummins

Rebuild the 13 speed transmission (if necessary)

Check rear end ratios to make compatible with new engine (and re-gear if necessary)

Rework the mast, strip out and straighten any broken members, new pins, bushings, chain and sprockets

Repack all hydraulic cylinders, if necessary                 Exchange hydraulic valve banks with new Vickers

Install new oil cooler for compressor and test radiator    Rewire engine with Murphy safety controls

Install new gauges and controls                                             New electrical wiring

Top head will be inspected and any broken or worn parts will be replaced

Rehose and rebuild all pumps and repair or replace, if necessary                       Rebuild manifold and new breathers

Paint will be taken down to bare metal, a coat of iron oxide will be applied and a finish coat of IR beige will be applied

Any cracked or broken glass will be replaced and the seat will be reupholstered.

This is an example of a T4 rig currently being remanufactured.  we can rework your rig and tailor the modifications to meet your requirements.  The rig will be as new and guaranteed for six months.  The price of the rig we have used as an example, using the customers old rig,

This work will be done as if it were our own rig.  As the rig is being reworked, any minor items that require repair shall be done at no extra charge.  If during the reworking a major repair item is discovered, such as a cracked frame, we will advise.

In addition, any other modifications can be done, such as:

·          Stretch the mast to handle 30’ drill pipe and 40’ casing

·          Increase the pullback to 70,000# or 80,000#

Stretch the carrier to add a large hydraulically driven mud pump
